Too often we concentrate on our physical health and ignore our emotional and mental health. It is very often necessary for each of us to examine where we are focusing our thoughts and to see where are we focusing our emotions. When we we are not being true to our life's purpose, we find ourselves stuck in the same type of karmic cycle playing over and over again; or in some cases it feels as though we are going nowhere slowly. Some of us find ourselves manifesting illness in our physical selves. We ignore the signs, we ignore the red flags that urge us to stop being on a self destructive path. Remember that these signs are all there to bring us back to ourselves and to get back on track. As we make changes in our mind, body and spirit, we start to heal ourselves and we open ourselves up to create an energy flow that not only heals all parts of ourselves, but that also, spreads healing and love to others.
